At 1-4 this season, they just exchanged one of their best defensive game leaders.

The news was reported Tuesday afternoon by Ian Rapoport from NFL Network: Odafe Oweh is exchanged at Los Angeles.

The Rusher Star Pass goes from a brother of Harbaugh to the other.

Oweh set up a record of 10.0 career bags in 2024. This season, he has not yet killed a quarter.

The agreement has a total of four parts, according to Adam Schefter d’Espn:

  • The chargers get: Odafe Oweh, Rams 7th in 2027

  • The Ravens get: Alohi Gilman, 6th loaders in 2026

It is logical that the loaders are looking for a guy like Oweh. After starting the season with three impressive victories, they suffered consecutive defeats. Adding juice to the rush to the pass is a great way to try to bounce back.

Ravens force Gilman to help safe, where injuries have left them in digital disadvantage. They also signed CJ Gardner-Johnson on Tuesday to help there.

Gilman played the six seasons of the NFL with the chargeers, starting 39 of his 73 games. He has five career interceptions and 252 plated.

It is not a total reconstruction movement, since Gilman is also a start -up player.

But Oweh is the guy in the premium position sent outside the city. It is probably not a movement that the Ravens would have made if they were 4-1 and in good health.

But they are not and therefore this agreement was balanced. Maybe it will make a difference.
