Rangers want to sign 3.5 million pounds of international sterling after Celtic has proposed

The Glasgow Rangers seek to bring other new faces to Ibrox before the end of the transfer window so that they can start to fill the early gap that Celtic has built in the Scotlers Première title race.

Although he received only 162 minutes of Premier League football last season, Irving is a widely desired player and can play in a role of defensive, central or attacker midfielder.
