Rangers progressing for free to sign 29 years of defender

At the start of a new era, the first task that the 49ers must accomplish is clear. Rangers need a new manager. Names such as Davide Ancelotti have been linked to this front in recent weeks, but the path that the new owners takes it remains to be seen.
