Ferguson, a choice of draft in the second round of Oregon, made his debut after sitting on the first two pre-season games due to an injury to the hamstrings.
Ferguson was silent the first quarter, but in the second, he had the chance to show why the Rams selected him to be the obvious heir with the tight winger Tyler Higbee.
