EXCLUSIVE: The management of the elevation of France makes serious movements as the Venice Film Festival begins today.
The company based in Paris takes over the management of Elev8on and signed Country of Lovecraft And Dexter: New blood Actress Jamie Chung for European representation at the same time. Perhaps the most intriguing, however, has also launched an AI talent assessment tool that will seek to redefine how American talents are likely to get away in Europe.
The change of brand in Elev8on is a “transformation to a clearer, more global and visionary positioning at the intersection of talent management, packaging and strategic innovation”, according to the CEO of Florence Lamy and President Daniel Blanc. They told us that “8” represents “continuous growth, the transatlantic bridge on which we operate and the infinite potential of the talents that we represent”.

Chung, meanwhile, joined the alignment of Elond8on, which represents the tastes of Megan Fox, Djimon Hounsou, Clara McGregor, Evangeline Lilly, Holt McCallary, Stephen Manas and Avani Gregg in Europe.

Lamy and Blanc say that Pulse will help their talent, as they can present influence as a tangible value during negotiations and use it to shape strategic orientation. They believe that American agents and managers will benefit from a “precise and objective reading of the European market”, which should improve their hand during the negotiation of transatlantic transactions, and will help European television and cinema producers and financiers by providing validation on casting decisions and investment plans, and the creation of a common language.
“With Pulse AI, we translate the influence into concrete, legible and usable data,” they told Deadline. “Our objective is to provide talents, as well as their American agents and managers, with a reliable card to navigate the complexity of the European market – align ambition with local reality and give our partners the keys to decode, translate and activate the true potential of a talent in Europe.”
Lamy and Blanc say that the launch of Pulse means that Elev8on becomes the first European management agency to combine representation with a data -based approach.
