Ravisrinivasan Sai Kishore has signed a short County deal with champions Surrey. He becomes the 6th Indian to turn up in the County Championship this season, following the likes of Ishan Kishan and Ruturaj Gaikwad. The 28-year-old will feature in two games, before joining up with Tamil Nadu for the Ranji Trophy 2025-26.
Sai Kishore joins Surrey for 2 County Games
Fresh from leading the IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans to their maiden TNPL title, Sai Kishore will now head to the UK to feature in the County Championships. The left-arm spinner, who impressed in IPL 2025, will play for defending champions Surrey. Kishore’s TN and Gujarat Titans teammate Sai Sudharan featured for the side for two seasons and now the 28-year-old follows suit.
Kishore will play the two Kookaburra ball games for Surrey, against Yorkshire and Durham. The first game in Scarborough, will see him go up against Ruturaj Gaikwad. The duo were teammates at CSK, before Kishore joined up with the Gujarat Titans.
“I’m really excited to be joining Surrey for the next two County Championship matches. Surrey are one of the most prestigious clubs in the world and I have heard great things about the set-up from lots of different people in the game,” Kishore said.
