Quick and easy breakfast ideas for multiple sclerosis

Fatigue, which, at least 80% of people with SEP experience, can be a serious challenge when it comes to bringing it together in the morning.

It is also a good idea to have essential sources of protein, such as hard -boiled eggs, nuts, Greek yogurt and cottage cheese.

Meal planning is simply to anticipate your needs in advance and develop a strategy for what to do when the inevitable occurs. Do your best to keep your backup plan simple.
