Large crowds gathered on Saturday across the country to protest against the expulsion and detention of immigrants from the Trump administration, as well as the president’s $ 45 million military parade on what happens to be his 79th anniversary.
The photos of the events largely show calm, but determined demonstrators, who began to flock to public spaces, including downtown Los Angeles, Liberty Plaza in Atlanta; at the State Capitol in Nashville; Outside Trump’s house in Mar-A-Lago and dozens of other places.
Trump’s military parade is expected to start at 6.30 p.m., the parade route will start at the Pentagon and end in the White House.
Palm Beach, Florida
Crowds gathered near Trump’s home in Mar-A-Lago, where they were met by Palm Beach sheriff officers.

The demonstrations continued in downtown Los Angeles, where crowds met daily to protest against the current ice raids in the city.
