What is this trial talking about?
In a complaint filed with the American district court of the Washington western district (case n ° 2: 23-CV-01702), the Holly Jones Clark applicant of Kentucky accuses Amazon of not failing, even when the items were properly returned to the 30-day return window.
Clark alleges that Amazon has reversed instant repayments or never expressed them, forcing customers to paint through bank statements or credit card to catch missing money.
