Probable formation: Roma v Parma

After beating Sassuolo on Sunday, the Giallorossi experience a quick turnaround when they host Parma on Wednesday at the Olimpico. The only player ruled out of the match is Angeliño, but a decent turnover is likely as the Giallorossi begin their fourth game in twelve days.
Gasperini is expected to use Paulo Dybala as a false 9 again, keeping Artem Dovbyk and Evan Ferguson on the bench. It is likely that Matías Soulé will start in one of the attacking midfield roles. Meanwhile, Gasperini appears to be choosing between Lorenzo Pellegrini and Leon Bailey for the other attacking midfielder position.
Bryan Cristante and Manu Koné will form the central midfield duo. Alongside them will be Wesley and one of Kostas Tsimikas or Devyne Rensch. The XI will be completed by the preferred centre-back trio of Zeki Celik, Gianluca Mancini and Evan Ndicka.
ROMS (3-5-2): svilar; Çelik, Mancini, Ndicka; Wesley, Cristante, Koné, Rensch; Soulé, pellegrini, dybala.
