Christine Byrne, MPH, DR, LDN, is a registered dietitian providing non -satisfied nutritional advice and inclusive to adults struggling with diet, excessive food, orthorexia, chronic diet and strong feelings of guilt or shame about food. She founded Ruby Oak Nutrition in 2021 to serve customers and develop a team of anti-diete dietitians. It uses the principles of intuitive food, from health to all sizes, from compliance with body and gentle nutrition to help customers recover from disorderly thoughts and behaviors and establish a healthier and more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies.

Byrne lives in Raleigh, in North Carolina, and sees customers both in person and practically in several states.
