Paramount adds the CFO CFO Dennis Cinelli scale to the board of directors

Dennis Cinelli, the financial director of the AI scale, joined the board of directors of Paramount as an independent director.
In its current role, Cinelli guided the AI scale through an income growth period of seven times, including a financing tour of the F series 1 billion dollars and a billion dollars
Meta strategic investment. He also concluded partnerships with the main IA model manufacturers and cloud hyperscalers.
Before joining the AI scale, Cinelli held management positions in Uber, notably vice-president and mobility chief of the United States and Canada and vice-president of global strategic finance. He notably led the 2019 IPO of the X-ray company as well as his micro-mobility company on a strategic merger with Lime. Before that, he was a financial director for General of $ 1 billion at $ 1 billion in venture capital venture capital and occupied various roles of financial leadership in the GE portfolio.
In a press release, Paramount presented the “solid history of driving driving in high -growth environments”, “in -depth expertise in disruptive technologies” and “a vast experience of strategic transactions and active engagement in the AI ecosystem”.

According to an 8-K file, Cinnelli will serve as a member of the audit committee of the Council of Paramount, replacing Sherry Lansing, who left a role in the committee on September 12.
Cinelli is eligible to participate in the remuneration program of non -employed administrators in Paramount, including the reception of an annual award predice of 17,989 limited action units during his appointment to the board of directors. It is also eligible for an annual scholarship to any future annual meeting and concluded the company’s standard compensation agreement for administrators and
officers.
“There are no transactions or any transaction currently proposed, exceeding $ 120,000 in which the company and Mr. Cinelli will have a direct or indirect material interest,” notes the file.
