Green Bay Packers beat Washington 27-18 commanders after Green and Gold held Washington at 230 signs in total offensive and on average 3.54 yards per game. It was the least offensive sites that the commanders have since written from the quarterrier Jayden Daniels.
The commanders also had no response for the quarter of a quarter of Green Bay Jordan Love. He completed 19 of the 31 passes for 292 yards, two touches passers -by and 12 yards on the ground.
The tight Bout Tucker Kraft helped packers score the first points of the night. During the second trip by Green Bay, he recorded two catches for 72 yards, which led to a pass of a touch of five yards in Romeo Doubs, his first TD reception of the season. This placed the packers in advance 7-0 to close the first trimester.
These two teams could not have been more different during the first 15 minutes of this match. The commanders had two three and outings and were held at 12 infraction yards. At the other end, the packers finished the first with 161 offensive yards, including a touch of 96 yards.
Packers Special Teamer and Wideout Malik Heath made a magnificent taking of 37 yards on the sidelines to move the offensive on the territory of commanders. A few games later, the ball carrier Josh Jacobs found the goal area to increase the advance to 14-0. This touching race also extended the Jacobs franchise record for consecutive matches with a TD precipitated at ten.
It may have taken some time, but the commanders finally put points on the table in the second quarter. Tucker Kraft had one night defining the career. He recorded six catches for a career summit of 124 yards. He also caught a pass of a touchdown of eight yards to put Green Bay forward 24-10 with 8:57 to play in the fourth quarter. The 124 yards of Kraft have been tightest by packers since 2015.
Down 14 and with decreasing time, the commanders had to go again the fourth at the bottom, this time on their own side of the field. Unlike the last attempt of fourth plus, the packers had this well defended and forced a turnover on Downs, which finally allowed Green Bay to launch a basket of 56 yards to improve the score at 27-10. After converting 87% of their fourth attempts later last season, Washington is only for three to start the 2025-2026 campaign.
Unsurprisingly, the commanders would not go down without fighting. Jayden Daniels found Deebo Samuel for a reception of a touch of ten yards. During the next game, he was connected with Luke McCaffrey to Wideout for a successful conversion in two points to do it 27-18, which would be the final score.
Packers will have their first road match of the season on September 21 when they play Cleveland Browns. Meanwhile, the commanders will be at home by hosting Las Vegas raiders during the third week.
