P Diddy La Laws complains that he did not “breathe fresh air” in a year while being locked up

The lawyers of Sean Diddy Combs say that he endured “inhuman” conditions behind bars because they argue that he should be condemned to no more than 14 months, which means that he would walk freely immediately immediately immediately

The lawyers of Sean Diddy Combs ask a judge to consider the time purged during the decision of his punishment next month, arguing that the rapper had already suffered a lot while waiting for the conviction.

In a new legal file, his lawyers asked not to receive more than 14 months in prison, which would allow him to be released almost immediately. The defense team underlines what it describes as shocking conditions inside the Metropolitan detention center in Brooklyn, where Combs has been organized for over a year. They say that the music magnate has faced violence, medical neglect and deprivation that go beyond what the sentence determination explains.

“The sentence determination directives – as well as the data from the previous cases discussed above – do not adequately consider omnipresent violence and the inhuman conditions of containment that Mr. Combs experienced in the CMD,” said the file. “The government argued that Chavez” no longer provides a precise image of the conditions at the MDC “. But the government is wrong.

Lawyers cited an example of September 12, when a video call planned between Combs and its lawyers was suddenly finished due to a stab in the establishment.

The lock that followed lasted several days, which, according to them, reflects how common disturbances and dangers are inside the MDC.

Submission has also detailed what the Combs team calls “inhuman” daily living conditions. Among them: constant suicide monitoring checks that wake him up throughout the night, brilliant lights 24 hours a day and only limited access to clean water. The deposit indicates that he must often heat his watering to avoid the disease.

Combs also slept in nearby districts with other prisoners, just two feet from others, in a room with a bathroom that has no door.

According to La Défense, he “did not breathe fresh air in almost 13 months, or felt sunlight on his skin”. He would have walked with a lameness of an untreated knee injury, had no physical therapy for other injuries and does not have access to appropriate exercise equipment.

Food conditions have also been described as terrible. The legal team claims that Combs has survived the expired transformed pork, the chicken and the beef which, “every day, can contain asticots”.

They add that he did not have constant access to edible and healthy meals despite his pre-diabetic. The laundry installations would be broken and the temperatures inside the building were sworn between freezing and unbearably hot.

Combs was sentenced on July 2 on two leaders of transport for prostitution, but was authorized to the most serious accusations of racketeering and sex trafficking. He continues to deny all the reprehensible acts.

Prosecutors should put pressure for a longer sentence, but they will not submit their recommendation until later this month.

His lawyers argue that the year he has already spent at the MDC should weigh heavily on the judge’s decision. They say that Combs has endured a punishment far beyond what the law wanted, and they call for a penalty that includes released release and treatment programs instead of prison extension.

Combs is expected to be sentenced on October 3 in New York.

The court will finally decide whether the hip-hop star remains behind bars or walks after a year that his lawyers insist that his lawyers were defined by “inhuman” confinement.
