One person was arrested after leaving the police of the monks in a prosecution following a flight offense. The monks’ police said just before 4:45 p.m. on Monday, a patrol officer near Easton Boulevard and Hubbell Avenue spotted a vehicle corresponding to the description of the one who had just been involved in a flight offense. When the officer tried a traffic stop, the vehicle moved away. According to the police, the prosecution continued to Pleasant Hill until the flight driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into an embankment. The driver then tried to flee the crash, but was apprehended and placed in police custody. It is a story in development.
