The Oklahoma Sooners receiver Keontez Lewis left the match on Saturday against Kent State after suffering a frightening injury when he was trying to catch up.
Lewis tried to follow a quarter-Arrière ball Michael Hawkins Jr. who had been launched above his head at the first quarter. He ended up at the back of the goal area as he grabbed it, but fell and crashed first against the brick wall that bordered the goal of the Memorial Stadium in Norman, Oklahoma.
On Tuesday, Oklahoma confirmed its intention to install a padding around the brick wall.
Oklahoma coach Brent Venables said the details are not yet clear.
