Ogbonnia okoronkwo, Jacob Sykes signs with Eagles

On the day of the report for the training camp, the Eagles signed the defensive winger Ogbonnia Okoronkwo and the defensive platform Jacob Sykes. To make room on the list, they gave up the defensive winger KJ Henry and the bearer of Ballon Lew Nichols.

Okoronkwo begins his seventh season in the NFL and played 80 games, recording 17 bags. He spent last season with the Cleveland Browns, where he played 16 games (five departures) and managed 23 plated and three bags.

Sykes comes to Philadelphia of the United Football League, where he played for the Brahmas of San Antonio. Sykes began his university career in Harvard before transferring to the UCLA. He was not drafted in 2023 and signed with the Seattle Seahawks as a free agent.

Henry joined the Eagles halfway last season, while Nichols arrived in Philadelphia in 2023. The two players spent most of last season in the training team and none appeared in a match.
