Fries or fries of freedom as some like to call them, or fries as we say in the United Kingdom, are the only reason why the potato is by far the best vegetable. That you can get so much flavor, crisp wonder and variety of a bland stuclers is a miracle.
The search for today of course gave me hungry, even if I did not work exactly an appetite by doing it (no headache at the thermometer today), and I wondered what is my favorite “frying” type.
If the push came to push, I think I should opt for a boutique chip with large chips (alias steak fries) drowning salt and vinegar with curry sauce “on the side”.
