For the first time since 2016, Oklahoma City Thunder is heading for the Western Conference final.

Although the Nuggets took an early advance in the first quarter, the fat defense of the Thunder took control in the second. The Thunder had trouble shooting early and did not hit his first 3 -point pointer before the last minute of the first quarter. But a race of 18-5 to finish the second quarter gave OKC an advance of 60-46 before half-time.
From there, Oklahoma City continued to build his advance, pulling well and obtaining the 32 -point victory.
All the season, the Thunder was the best team in the league, and they certainly seemed to be Sunday after seemingly vulnerable against the Nuggets. Oklahoma City pulled 49% of the ground, but it was the 22 reversals he forced, including 16 interceptions, which sealed the fate of a tired Denver team.

“We really need [more depth]”Nikola Jokić told journalists.” … It seems that the teams with longer rotations, a longer bench, are those who win. Indiana. OKC. Minnesota.”
Alex Caruso de l’OKC has obtained special accessories from the crowd for its role in defensive chaos, ending with 11 points, 3 interceptions and more than 40 to 40 years.
The defeat puts an end to a difficult season for the Nuggets, who ended up in an impossible situation after the organization dismissed the head coach Michael Malone and the director general Calvin Booth with three games to do in the regular season.
This does not mean that Denver failed to fight in the first half on Sunday. Jokić almost put a triple-double, with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists, and Christian Braun collected 19 points, marking 12 in the first half. Aaron Gordon, who did not expect to play because of a strain of the hamstrings of Grade II, started and played through pain to set up eight points and 11 rebounds.

“Aaron Gordon is incredible,” Nuggets’ acting coach David Adelman said to journalists after the match. “What he played today, I don’t know many people who would even try to go up and down. … It is one of the most incredible things I have ever seen.”
But with OKC so far at the beginning of the third quarter, the spark of the Nuggets seemed to move away. Halfway through the fourth quarter, Adelman put his starters and put the white flag.
“It is simply a question of reaching the healthier finish line,” Adelman told journalists. “You must have the coolest version of yourself. This explains why I am so proud of these guys to reach 7.”
