Noah Cyrus announces a new album “I want my loved ones to have with me”

Noah Cyrus’ second album is on the way.

Monday, June 16, the singer-songwriter announced the release of his new LP I want my loved ones to have me with me.

“For a long time, I could not really trust my own choices,” shared Noah, 25, in a press release. “I had to learn to make decisions for myself and to make this transition to adulthood.”

She continued: “But I found who I am, I know who I am, and this record shows what I had in me all this time. This album is me.”

In the press release, Noah said that she wanted fans to find “a feeling of comforting and peaceful nostalgia”.

“This is something that I feel so strongly when I listen to music,” she added. “We all want to connect with our past while being aware of the present moment.”

Noah concluded: music does this for me, and this collection of songs was made with this spirit. I want to evoke the feeling of a comforting friend that a song can be – and allow us to heal. »»

The album of 11 tracks, on which she collaborated with Mike Crossey and PJ Harding, is due on Records / Columbia Records and will present collaborations with Fleet Foxes, Ella Langley, Blake Shelton and Bill Callahan.

The project also presents “with you”, the very first song by Noah’s father, Billy Ray Cyrus, wrote

“My father is one of my greatest influences,” she said in a statement. “He excited me with great songs and artists. My musical inspirations came somewhere, and most often it is him. ”

According to the press release, the record will present family and nature themes alongside “the immersive interpretation of Country music” by Noah.

In addition to the announcement of the album, Noah revealed that she would go on tour throughout North America this fall.

The series of shows will start on July 11 in Los Angeles and will stop in San Francisco, Minneapolis, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia and more before concluding in Phoenix on October 24.

Tickets for shows will be on sale on Friday June 20 at 10 a.m. location. However, the Prévente artist will be launched on Tuesday June 17 at 10 a.m. until Thursday, June 19 at 11:59 p.m. local.
