Young Will Byers fights Vecna

The first five minutes of the final season of “Stranger Things” have been revealed.
Following the season 5 premiere in Los Angeles on Thursday night, Netflix surprise-released the clip on YouTube, which takes viewers back to the beginning of the series following the disappearance of Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) in 1983.
Titled “The Crawl,” the first episode opens with a young Will in the Upside Down, trying to calm himself down by softly singing The Clash’s “Should I Stay or Should I Go.” Suddenly, a Demogorgon attacks, chasing Will up a tree and causing him to fall hard. Stunned, Will is then dragged by the Demogorgon to Vecna’s (Jamie Campbell Bower) lair. Wrapping Will in her vines with one over his mouth, Vecna said creepily, “Finally, we can begin. You and I, we’re going to do such great things together.”
“Stranger Things” Season 5 Volume 1 is scheduled to release on November 26, while Volume 2 will debut on December 25. The series finale will premiere on December 31.
“The fall of 1987. Hawkins is marked by the opening of the Rifts, and our heroes are united by a single goal: to find and kill Vecna,” reads the season 5 synopsis. “But he has disappeared – his whereabouts and his plans are unknown. To complicate their mission, the government has placed the city under military quarantine and intensified its search for Eleven, forcing her back into hiding. As the anniversary of Will’s disappearance approaches, “A heavy, familiar terror is also drawing near. The final battle looms – and with it, a darkness more powerful and deadlier than anything they have faced before, they will need everyone – the entire group – to be united, as one.”
