Newsmax is coupled with the pursuit of Fox News, Files in Wisconsin

Newsmax re -examined his trial against Fox News in Wisconsin on Thursday, respecting his allegations according to which the cable information network belonging to Murdoch illegally conspired to block the youngest competitor of cable packages.
The network has reaffirmed its allegations in its initial trial, which said that Fox News and its parent company, Fox Corp., “are committed to an exclusion regime to increase and maintain its domination on the market for American paid television news, resulting in the abolition of competition on this market which harms consumers, competition and Newsmax”.
The trial had already been filed with the American district court of the southern district of Florida, but judge Aileen Cannon, a man named Donald Trump, rejected complaints last week and said that Newsmax had filed a “hunting rifle” complaint, or which simply summarized his previous allegations in each charge.
Cannon gave Newsmax a deadline of September 11 to submit a modified complaint, but he rather chose to withdraw the Florida affair and put it back in the Wisconsin. A Newsmax spokesperson said the network can “again put its complaint in any jurisdiction in which it has suffered damage following Fox’s actions”.
The new complaint reiterates most of the same problems that Newsmax accused Fox News from last week, although he also alleged that Fox violated the law of the Wisconsin status by “Block reservation” or force the networks to wear the less watched chains of Fox if they choose to transport Newsmax.
A Fox News spokesperson did not respond to the immediate request for Thewrap comments. A spokesman previously said that “Newsmax cannot trust their own competitive failures on the market to make the headlines simply because they cannot attract viewers”, the CEO of Newsmax, Christopher, Ruddy, disputed last week.
