Newcastle United is interested in signing Brentford Yoane Wissa striker this summer.
They would have submitted an offer for around 40 million pounds sterling, including bonuses for the player. However, Brentford has now refused him. According to journalist Alex Crook, Newcastle will have to bring together a pack of around 60 million pounds sterling to conclude the agreement.
Can Newcastle agree?
It will be interesting to see if they are ready to return with an improved offer for the 28 -year -old striker. Wissa scored 20 goals all competitions last season, and it could prove to be an excellent acquisition. Newcastle should replace Callum Wilson this summer, and Dr. Congo International would be the ideal choice. He was described as “big” player in the past.
On the other hand, Alexander Isak was linked to an outing of the club. It remains to be seen if Newcastle can replace it before letting it move on. Ideally, they should sign some quality attackers this summer. They have not already brought in several players, and it remains to be seen if they can conclude an agreement for Wissa.
Yoane Wars wants the transfer of Newcastle
The 28 -year -old would want to transfer and he wants to join Newcastle. This could be the last opportunity for him to participate in the UEFA Champions League and to compete at the highest level. Newcastle can provide him with the platform.
