Newcastle burn has nothing but good wishes ” for Isak according to the movement of Liverpool

Dan Burn has “nothing other than good wishes” for Alexander Isak after the British record transfer of the Newcastle United striker in Liverpool.
Isak completed a switch of 125 million pounds sterling in Anfield on the day of the deadline, ending a long controversial transfer saga.
The Swedish international had refused to train or play for Newcastle while he was trying to force his move and published a statement claiming that their relationship could not continue, accusing the club of breaking the promises made to him.
Newcastle had insisted that they did not sell their talisman but, with Nick Woltemade and Yoane Wissa as a replacement, they concluded an agreement for Isak to join the title champions of the Premier League.
The Magpies published a declaration of 37 words announcing the move, which made no reference to its objectives or contributions to Newcastle winning the EFL Cup last season.
Isak posted on Instagram by thanking the club and the fans of Newcastle for “three unforgettable years”, while teammates such as Anthony Gordon and Sven Botman paid tribute to Isak on social networks when he left.
And, speaking before the qualifier of the England World Cup with the Andorra, Burn Burn Center of Newcastle clearly indicated that there was no resentment from his point of view.
“I’m glad it was done,” said Burn at a press conference on the saga that dominated in summer.
“We wanted the closed transfer window to have a little clarity on this subject. I have been in football long enough to understand that for a player, the careers are short and they have things they want to achieve.
“Alex is a companion and it is a difficult situation because you want him to be there and help the team, but also to understand for him what he must do personally. I only have good wishes for Alex.
“No animosity. As a fan of Newcastle, we are very protective of our club and our city and we want the players to be there who want to play for Newcastle and you do not want them naively that there is someone else to separate from Newcastle. So I understand why our fans are frustrated.
“I wish Alex all the best apart when we play Liverpool, of course.”
