New shocking details emerge from Brentford’s buffoonery during Mbeumo discussions

Some of the new shocking details have emerged in the way Brentford led during the interviews with Manchester United for Bryan Mbeumo.

United finally announces the arrival of Mbeumo

After weeks of prolonged club talks, United finally announced that Mbeumo had sealed his transfer to Old Trafford.

After concluding an agreement to sign Matheus Cunha from Wolverhampton Wanderers, United quickly turned their attention to the signing of Mbeumo. The Red Devils then submitted an opening offer for him, which was worth a total of 55 million pounds sterling. This was quickly refused by Brentford.

Brentford said they were looking for a closer sum of the 62.5 million pounds sterling that the Red Devils paid to guarantee Cunha’s services.

United submitted a second proposal, which appreciated the Mbeumo of more than 60 million pounds sterling. There was hope that this offer would be accepted, but in a shocking turn, Brentford pushed it back and hike at the requested price of Mbeumo at 70 million pounds Sterling.

The negotiations remained in the deadlock for weeks while United remain categorical that they would not be trained to exceed their evaluation of the Cameroonian.

However, at the end of last week, it came out that the Amorim team sent a third offer worth 65 million pounds Sterling plus 6 million pounds sterling in additional modules. This was finally accepted by the bees, because Mbeumo clearly showed that he wanted to leave and join United.

He had his doctor on weekends and Monday evening, United announced his signature.

United confirmed that the 25 -year -old had signed a five -year contract with the possibility of extending his stay by an additional 12 months.

Brentford’s buffoonery is revealed

Now it appeared that Brentford has made attempts several times to scupper the pursuit of Mbeumo by Mbeumo.

Not only did they increase his price during the talks, but we think they tried to put pressure on him for Snub United and go to Newcastle and Tottenham Hotspur instead.

Rob Dawson d’Espn reveals: “Just to say that Man United is not delighted with the way Brentford managed Mbeumo’s negotiation.”

“The point of view is that their evaluation has changed several times and at one point, it was as high as 70 million pounds Sterling + 7 million pounds sterling.”

“I also think Brentford wanted Mbeumo to reject United in favor of Newcastle or Spurs.”

This information was corroborated by Chris Wheeler from the Daily Mail, who added that Chelsea tried a late diversion, but he failed.

The mirror note that Brentford felt United has agreed to pay high wages in Mbeumo to blow up rivals out of the water for its signature. The English champions of 20 times then started negotiations at low prices.

New Tottenham’s boss Thomas Frank knew what Brentford wanted for Mbeumo and the North London Club was ready to pay more than United, but Mbeumo was only interested in joining Old Trafford.
