New Man of Tomorrow illustrious presents Superman against Lex as Isabela Merced and more involvement of teasing
Earlier in the day, the co-PDG of DC Studios James Gunn announced his next film DCU,, Man of tomorrow. We still know relatively little about what to expect the project, but David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult have just shared two other teaser art pieces, illustrated by Jorge Jiménez and Mitch Gerads.
The first represents Superman standing side by side with Lex Luthor against an unknown enemy. The second, meanwhile, shows the steel man to exchange blows with his enemy (in the two pieces, the CEO of Luthorcorp is adorned with his classic comic strip costume).
Given how much it differs from one piece to another, the conception of the war seems open to interpretation by each artist. However, we can very clearly see that it is supposed to be the DCU superman.
With confirmed Corenswet and Hoult, we hear that Rachel Brosnahan is also back as Lane Lois. Superman And Peacemaker Star Isabela Merced apparently announced his involvement by sharing Gunn’s post with words “See you soon.” Jimmy Olsen Skyler Gisondo’s actor also shared it, but without comment.
Lanterns Star Aaron Pierre also responded to Gunn saying, “Yes indeed!” This does not look much like an expression of excitement from John Stewart’s actor, but DC Studios would have great projects for the member of the Green Lantern Corps.
On the sons, the filmmaker confirmed the evidence by telling a fan that Man of tomorrow is the next episode of the Superman saga.
“I have completely finished with the treatment. My treatments are incredibly intense. These are not regular treatments”, “ Gunn said of Man of tomorrow last month. “These are 60 -page treatments with a dialogue and everything. And therefore, now I transform it into a script. We plan when we are going to shoot this. It will be much earlier than late.”
It is not revealed much beyond, but remained categorical Superman 2. For the moment, it seems more and more likely that it will be a team of Superman / Lex Luthor who opposes enemies who have become allies linked to a much greater threat. Brainiac, maybe?
