New Jersey School Closures, Openings Delayed Due to Snow for Monday (December 15, 2025)

New Jersey school districts requested a delay in openings Monday after a winter storm hit the state Sunday with widespread snowfall of 5 to 8 inches.
Thousands of homes and businesses were left without power Sunday evening due to gusty winds following the storm.
Dangerously low temperatures were expected overnight from Sunday to Monday, with a risk of icy conditions on the roads until Monday morning.
