New goalkeeper added to the summer list

Leeds needs to improve their team if they want to survive the Premier League next season, and the goalkeeper is a position that must be addressed at the next transfer window.
Illan Meslier is no longer counted by Leeds officials, which is why it must be replaced this summer. There have been links with Angus Gunn and Nick Pope among others, and now some other names have been added to the mixture.
Leeds Eye Summer Move for Aaron Ramsdale
According to the Daily Mail (via TBR Football), Leeds added Caoimhin Kelleher, Sam Johnstone and Aaron Ramsdale to their goalkeepers’ purchase list before the opening of the summer transfer window on Sunday. And of the three, the latter would be the most striking signature.
Previously, Ramsdale revealed that he once had pieces launched on him by Leeds supporters during a match at Elland Road. The 27 -year -old man, from Yorkshire, opened his doors during an interview in 2022 with the former goalkeeper of Manchester United, Ben Foster.
Ramsdale has signed for Southampton from Arsenal last summer in an agreement worth 18 million pounds sterling, but he should leave St Mary’s in 2025. His relegation liberation clause is now active, and a number of clubs would be interested in keeping it in the Premier League – among which Aston Villa, which should be hunt from Emi Marnez.
Ramsdale could be a good signature for Leeds, although it is not the most popular with supporters – not only because of this incident, but also that it was the relegation of the Premier League three times (with Bournemouth, Sheffield United and Southampton).
