Neuehouse stops, will file for bankruptcy

In an unexpected movement, Neuehouse, the member club and the co-work space that were addressed to the creatives of Los Angeles and New York, and associates with some of the biggest names in Hollywood on events and programming, closes and files for bankruptcy.
The company informed the members of the decision on Wednesday evening, with its last operating day scheduled for Friday, September 5. She added that the company would deposit the bankruptcy of chapter 7, which generally involves liquid assets.
“Although Neuehouse has created an extremely precious company which is appreciated by the members and hosts of the event, unfortunately, it was overwhelmed by inherited passives,” the company told members. “Although this is certainly not the result we have considered for our company, we believe that it is the most responsible path for all our stakeholders, although we deeply regret the impact of this decision on our precious employees, members and customers.”
It is not immediately clear what these liabilities were who triggered the imminent closure.
Neuehouse has locations in the Madison Square district of New York, Hollywood and Venice Beach, and was a frequent host for Hollywood events, including the first and television projections, as well as conversations and panels with notables from the world of entertainment, culture and fashion. Almost all the big companies in Hollywood, Disney and Paramount for CAA and Amazon, had organized events in the locations of the company.
Its members understood creatives of Hollywood, media, fashion and design, as well as founders of technology and startups, emphasizing the combination of a creative workspace with a range of programming and accessories.
He opened his location in Venice less than three years ago, in a building belonging to The bite Producer Tony Bill.
The company has also cut in the media, launching a series of podcasts earlier this year My Hollywood story With Stacey Wilson Hunt.
