Texas Christian University (TCU) challenged allegations of the advice of Turning Point USA on Wednesday, featuring the Détransition Chloe Cole.

TCU sent Fox News Digital a statement following reports and achievements according to which the University canceled the event, which prompted the Attorney General of Texas Ken Paxton and the representative Chip Roy, R-Texas, to speak.

“On September 18, TCU has successfully organized a TPUSA event to honor the life of Charlie Kirk, who had previously talked about the TCU campus to students and the community. Distinct from this event, an outdoor celebration, not affiliated with TCU, invited an external speaker to appear on our campus on October 7,” said a spokesperson.

The spokesman continued: “The TPUSA student chapter then asked TCU to host the October 7 event for 700 to 1,000 people. The requested space was already reserved with another student event. We explored options and informed the group on September 25 that a secure space was not available with the short notice, but we proposed to find another date or a space for the event.”

“TCU never canceled this event because it has never been reserved,” added the press release.

Paxton weighed, saying he was going to examine him.

“It doesn’t look like freedom of expression,” said Paxton.

“My friend … [Chloe Cole] testified before the judicial committee of the Chamber, “wrote Roy.” Expect an investigation into the reason why she is not welcomed by you … “, he posted on X.

TCU officials said they had contacted Paxton after seeing the attorney general.

“We have taken the initiative to contact your office and provide specific information concerning the planning conflict on the date requested of their event,” said the spokesperson.

TCU officials told Fox News Digital that they had not heard from Paxton’s office. Paxton did not respond to the request for comments from Fox News Digital.

“Universities must resume free flow and the exchange of ideas. The American people are tired of looking at the conservative discourse to be deleted, whatever the reason. I hope TCU welcomes my friend Chloe Cole correctly and the USA turning point to organize their event,” Roy told Fox News Digital.

COLE – Who mainly discusses the transition to a man and the detransions later to his biological gender – said on Tuesday that TCU had made a challenge to make the TPUSA event, saying that the university had canceled it. She applauded the Hillsdale College for having allowed her to speak on the campus.

“Christian colleges (and otherwise) must intensify democracy and freedom of expression in life following the assassination of Charlie Kirk,” said Cole.

Early Wednesday afternoon, Cole pushed further, exploding TCU for their event management.

“Texas Christian University organizes pride events but will not allow Christian baptisms and events,” wrote Cole on X.

“They denied our 10/7 event despite the fact that many rooms are available according to students and teachers, when they pressed, they said” it is not open to discussion. This is how freedom of expression dies. “”
