Nate Bargatze plans to build an empire of the media and find inspiration to Walt Disney, because he says that he cared about his customers.
In a new interview, the actor spoke of his aspirations while looking at the comedy standing. In 2023, Bargatze launched the Nateland Company, a family content company for the public of all ages, through which he will produce special comedy, windows, sketches, episodic content scripted for cinema and television, podcasts, music and more.
When asked by Squire Who influenced him, he quotes Adam Sandler, Jerry Seinfeld, Judd Apatow and Walt Disney. Bargatze was inspired by the values on which the Walt Disney Company was founded. However, he does not think that the current company adheres to these same values now.
“Now Disney is led by a guy who is only a businessman,” he told the publication. “Well, this guy doesn’t care about the public.”
The actor noted that he cares about the public, adding: “None of this goes without them.”
Bargatze even plans to build a theme park in Nashville, which he would call Nateland, saying: “I will be honest with you, I bet we are closer than people think, but it is still a bit from afar.”
The actor was recently confirmed to welcome the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards on CBS. Bargatze comedy shows sold more than 1.2 million tickets worldwide in 2024. He welcomed Snl For the second time last fall.
