Natasha Howard and Jac’eil Duckworth met in 2022 and came out for two years before marrying in August 2024.

Howard entered the WNBA with Indiana fever in 2014 and left the team after two seasons. She won the prize for the defensive player of the year in 2019 while playing for the Seattle storm. The WNBA double all-star returned to fever during the offseason, signing a one-year contract in February.

It has been solid so far, recording 11.2 points and 6.5 rebounds at 16 games. Howard draws 53.6% and was also solid on the defensive. The fever is eighth (8-8) in the league, a match behind the Golden State Valkyries in sixth (9-7).
