“You killed an Apache… We will see with what courage you die.” Well Go USA has revealed an official trailer for another western thriller titled Border Crucibledirected by B-movie filmmaker Travis Mills. They make so many westerns all the time now, but they mostly get dropped on VOD and go unnoticed because most people don’t care. A former soldier with a tragic past is thrust into an uneasy alliance with three outlaws, a beautiful woman and her wounded husband, to battle harsh and hostile elements in a desperate attempt to survive in 1870s Arizona. A wagon full of desperately needed medical supplies falls victim to an Apache attack – survival is the name of the game. The film’s fascinating cast includes Myles Clohessy, Mary Stickley, Eli Brun, Ryan Masson, Zane Holtz, Eddie Spearsmore Armie Hammer (wait, he’s back?!), with William H. Macy And Thomas Jeanne Also. At least it doesn’t look as cheesy as so many other VOD westerns, but still not much to get excited about with this one. Take a look below.
