“ My husband witnessed his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ ” on his last day

The wife of the founder of Turning Point USA Charlie Kirk, Erika Kirk, made her first public speech on Friday, two days after the assassination of her husband at the first judgment of her “American tour” at Utah Valley University.

Erika spoke of her husband’s inheritance, her passion for the United States of America and her zeal for Jesus Christ.

“Two days ago, my husband Charlie, went to see the face of his Savior and his God. Charlie always said that when he left, he wanted us to remember his courage and his faith,” she said. “And one of the last conversations he had on this earth, my husband witnessed his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”

“Now, and for all eternity, he will be held on the side of his Savior, carrying the glorious crown of a martyr,” she continued.

Erika pleaded with those who looked to become a member of a church if they are not already and to take the mission to disseminate the Gospel.

“But the most important thing of all, if you are not a member of a church, please join one-a believing church in the Bible,” she said. “Our battle is not just political. Above all, it is spiritual. It’s spiritual. Spiritual war is palpable. “

“Charlie loved his Savior with all his heart, and he wanted each of you to know him too,” she continued. “He wanted everyone to know that if they admit, if they confess the Lord Jesus Christ who rose from the dead, then they will be saved.

“Listen to me when I say that. No one is never too young to know the Gospel. Person. No one is never too young to get involved in the safeguarding of this beautiful country-this country that my husband loved and still loves, “she said. “And no one is never too old either. There is no age limit. I know my husband is still there. He watches over us. “

Charlie Kirk, 31, is survived by his wife Erika and two young children. The suspect in Kirk’s assassination has since been arrested and identified as Tyler Robinson, 22.

Kirk’s body was brought back to Phoenix, Arizona, Air Force Two, Vice-President JD Vance leading the military guard of honor escorting the Kirk coffin.

President Donald Trump announced Thursday that he would honor Kirk posthumously with the presidential freedom of freedom. He said on Friday that he would attend his funeral.
