MrBeast says that the rapid 14 -day challenge had a “depressing” effect on his body

MRBEAST increased to become one of the best youtubers by taking up difficult challenges in the name of the most attractive and entertaining content production

MrBeast recently made a rapid 14 -day challenge

MrBeast was in detoxification mode after a challenge in which he seriously participated in his body.

The rich creator of content has reached 404 million subscribers on YouTube by addressing progressively more exaggerated challenges, such as spending 100 hours inside the pyramids and seven days in a cave. However, more recently, he has traveled to take up a new challenge, which involved drinking only water and not consuming food for 14 days. Although MrBeast does not seem to be physically unfit, the 6 -foot internet superstar 5 inches weighs approximately 220 pounds, with a BMI of about 26, and is medically considered to be overweight.

In a YouTube video that makes his rounds on social networks, MRBEAST opened up to the actor Theo von how his recent challenge has personally affected him.

“I did 14 days, only water, I lost 20 pounds,” said MrBeast. “After the five or six days, you are quite drained, you have no energy.”

He added: “I made a scan Dexa before making my extent quickly, where they measure the fat and the muscles, I lost like six pounds of muscle, it was quite depressing. So I lost 13 pounds (5.9 kg) of fat.

MrBeast also shared: “Standing was brutal, and walking, because you have no energy. I never had this super human clarity, I was always tired all the time, I was too tired to have clarity. ”

Many experts are divided on the effectiveness of intermittent fasting, which has potential long -term health impacts. It is assumed that the angles break the fast with a relatively large meal in a session, undercoating the alleged advantages of the initial period to eat in the long term, such as the reduction of calories.

Even more worrying is that some maintain that intermittent fasting could increase the risk of strokes, heart attacks or early death. Scientists often warn against fasting longer than a day because of their “short -term” effectiveness, advising that the law could ignite chronic health problems, such as digestive conditions.
