“I just felt like one of the other formats should give.“I feel like I have a lot to offer the ODI team, in order to get my body to 2027 – but also to be good enough to be in this team for the World Cup in 2027.“I felt like it was my best opportunity to extend my test career and go to this World Cup.”In the Australian current T20i team, Starc said: “The T20 team seems fairly installed with the guys who have entered; they did superb things,” said Starc.“Nathan Ellis flies, Ben Dwarshuis played a big role, Spencer Johnson did good things when he played, Sean Abbott too.“I have the impression that this team is in an ideal place and I don’t need to interrupt this.”
