The organizers say that more than five million Americans have headed in the streets under the banner of “No Kings”, accusing President Donald Trump of having attempted too much power and targeting innocent people in his mass deportation program. The demonstrations were also partly an answer to the administration’s decision to welcome a large military parade in Washington in honor of the army’s 250th anniversary that coincided with Trump’s birthday. Ryan Nobles of NBC reports today.
