Mike Florio Slams Rams Fans for the takeover of the 49ers Sofit stadium – NBC Sports Bay Area & California
The 49ers resumed the Sofi stadium once again during their week 5 victory of 26-23 on the Rams of Los Angeles on Thursday evening.
And no one was surprised.
Well, Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk was just a bit. The longtime analyst explained why he expected more Rams fans in what was essentially a home match of the 49ers, when he appeared on “Pro Football Talk with Michael Holley on Friday for NFL on NBC.
“I do not know who to recognize more here – the fans of the 49ers for having resumed the domestic stadium of a team which was 3-1 which is, or at least, in the window of the Super Bowl, or the fans of a team that did not arise?” Florio asked Rhetorically Holley. “And it’s not like it was an unusual event.
“Fans of the 49ers take [SoFi Stadium] More, unlike all the others. But to any Sofi stadium game given for one or the other [Rams or Chargers]You will have a noisy contingent of fans of the opponent. And it’s just the reality of football in Los Angeles. »»
It really seemed that Sofi Stadium was located in the bay region.
Florio added that he thought that the absence of 22 years of the East NFL to blame for the two teams in the city playing practically on the road for all their matches.
This statement made sense and was clear like nothing other than red covered the 70,000 places in Inglewood.
“It’s a sea of red everywhere,” said Florio. “And you can hear them from the opening of the journey. You can hear the songs of “Defense, Defense” because the game was at stake. … Rams made the silent account all day at home.
“Fans of 49ers credit them.”
Like all the other teams, San Francisco has nine home games and nine road games.
However, the 49ers always seem to have one more home game and one less road game, and the reverse is true for RAMs.
“It shows you how impressive it was for the 49ers and how depressing it was for the Rams.”
