Mike Flanagan de Clayface reveals a favorite source of fans inspiration

In December 2024, ClayA film on the bad Batman of the same name with a script written by Mike Flanagan was announced and rationalized. He received a release date of September 11, 2026.

The short answer is that this is absolutely what inspired my script. This is the world in which I wanted to live. Batman: The animated series when I grew was my Batman. Regarding the development of Clay Go, Flanagan had less information to share, but always made the following comments:

“I don’t know what they are doing with Clayface. I don’t realize it, and this filmmaker will have to do theirs.

Other writers have their hands in Flanagan’s script, because it has expressed hope that the final product is not too different from its original draft.
