“Mia”, a former assistant, testifies that Combres has sexually assaulted her several times

The trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs continued on Thursday before the Federal Court of Manhattan, with “Mia” – a pseudonym of an alleged victim and former assistant of Combs – testifying that he has attacked him physically and sexually on several occasions.

She described a painful working environment dominated by the “unpredictable and terrifying” behavior of Combres. She said that she had seen Combs unleash several attacks against her girlfriend at the time, Cassie Ventura.

Federal prosecutors claim that for decades, the combs have abused, threatened and forced women to participate in sexual meetings on the marathon called “Freak Offs” and to use his commercial empire, as well as in firearms, kidnapping and criminal fire, to hide his crimes. The 55-year-old hip-hop magnate faces five criminal counts: a racketeering chief of conspiracy, two sexual trafficking leaders by force, fraud or coercion and two transport manager to engage in prostitution.

“ Mia ” testifies that Combs has assaulted her sexually several times

A former personal assistant from Combs, who has been referred to the court by the pseudonym “MIA”, alleged that Combres had sexually assaulted him several times throughout his job.

She recalled that a few months after her job, she was with Combs celebrating her 40th anniversary in a hotel penthouse. He served his vodka photos before kissing her and putting his hand in his skirt.

“I was shocked and I frozen. I couldn’t even treat what was going on, ”she said.

In 2009 or 2010, when she stayed with Combs in Los Angeles, she woke up with combs on her. She said that Combs had told her to be silent and “put herself in me”.

“I just freeze, I did not react,” she said, adding tears: “It was very fast, but it was like forever.”

“MIA” recalled another alleged attack in which Combs once forced her to make her oral sex in her house in Los Angeles.

She said she was convinced after each attack that it would be the last.

“I always thought it was the last time,” she said. “Next time, I would somehow be more prepared. I had to get back to work, it was so much happening.”

The former assistant recalls a toxic working environment

Earlier in his testimony, “MIA” described a “toxic” work environment in which Combs controlled and often violent.

She said he had put it pressure on ketamine and that the magnate had what it described as a “itinerant pharmacy cabinet” filled with illicit drugs hidden in bags and suitcases on the road.

She said that when he got angry, he threw various things for him, including a bowl of spaghetti, a phone and a computer.

“He threw me things. He threw me against the wall. He threw me into a swimming pool, “she said.

“Mia” also told an incident in their office in which she said that Combs had borrowed her phone to make a call, then refused to return it, threatening to use everything he found against her.

She said she was chasing him to recover it and slammed her arm in a bathroom door several times. He finally ran out and left the building with his phone, she said, adding that the incident had left his arm so badly bruised that she thought it could be broken.

“ Mia ” said that she worked for sleepless days, causing a breakdown

The former assistant said that the work for Combs has run the whole range, from “Cracking His Knuckles to the writing of his next film at his taxes”.

The jury has been shown a list of daily responsibilities that she wrote to show another employee. He understood the maintenance of the “daily routine of Combs in professional and private circles from the minute when he wakes up in the morning until he falls asleep at night”.
