How amorim can save man utd job and keep 3-4-2-1

A familiar feeling of already seen has slipped during the consequences of the defeat of the lamentable derby of Manchester United. Have we not seen this one before?
Sitting in the Sky Sports Studio in Etihad, Greats of United – Roy Keane and Gary Neville – produced the post -mortem bihebdomadaire, analyzing and debating the future of another post -SIR manager Alex Ferguson.
The wins of the treble had just been forced to see what has become a brand exhibition of recent years for the Red Devils. A performance with moments of encouragement, but with blatant problems at both ends of the field.
A team that cannot mark and simply cannot defend itself, because its difference in goals-3 can testify, will not be far in the middle of what has become an increasingly competitive first League.
These are not new problems for old traffic, although new low and new depths have been reached in the Ruben Amorim diet. 31 points out of 31 high-flying games, with a worse victory ratio than any permanent post-second world war manager.
The Portuguese coach was firm in his reluctance to modify the very clever 3-4-2-1 system, but something must simply change. What would you say to refine the starting program, Ruben?
1
GK – Gather the lambs
It would be unfair to change too much blame for Sunday’s defeat on the starting goalkeeper Altay Bayindir, although the Turkish international has barely inspired a lot of confidence.
Indeed, a heavy touch in the early blows almost offered an opening to Erling Haaland inside the region, while the 27-year-old was far too easily beaten by the Norwegian effort to do it 2-0.
While Gianluigi Donnarumma grew up opposite Benjamin Sesko who was moving to the first half, Bayindir simply shrunk. It is now time to give a new man in Place Senne Lammens.
2
RCB – LENY YORO
The weekend’s confrontation was perhaps not Leny Yoro to his best, after being withdrawn on time, although the Frenchman was a real shiny spark in 2025, after having made his competition in competition for the club in December.
With rhythm, power and balance, the adolescent has all the emissions of a central world class defender, with reports even suggesting that Morim considers him as the `Rio Ferdinand ” of the club because of his innate composure in the bottom line.
Although his best job came as a left central defender the last mandate, it would be wise to continue with the ex-Starlette of Lille on the opposite flank.
3
CB – Matthijs de Ligt
Beginning in each league match so far this season, Matthijs de Ligt has started to become his role of initial option in United, even if he was barely without error against the relentless Haaland the last time.
Apparently made for this central role in the three rear, the Dutchman has the advantage over Harry Maguire at the moment, with the view of the Englishman who has not managed to catch the new number of Manchester City having become far too familiar in recent times.
Maguire remains a member of the precious team in the ranks of Amorim, although on Sunday has again underlined its weaknesses. It’s the time of de Ligt now.
4
LCB – Ayden Heaven
While Lisandro Martinez could try to tear off in the middle of his return from injury later this year, the derby defeat still displayed the need for increased mobility in the bottom line.
The tiny Martinez cannot exactly offer this, although the young Ayden Heaven certainly can. At just 18 years old, the ex-warden sensation is not yet the finished product, although Wayne Rooney said it last season, he has been able to “be there for years”.
The speed and strength of the sky could then see Luke Shaw finally ousted in the left central rear, the longtime defender who looks disturbing from the rhythm to the Etihad. Passed by Jeremy Doku, and controlled by Haaland, the 30 -year -old surely exceeded his welcome in Manchester.
5
RWB – Osesir Mazraoui
A potential positive of the weekend defeat was the return of Ussair Mazraoui, with the Moroccan international organizing a typically accomplished performance on the right, before his withdrawal in the second half.
A player considered by those of the club as one of their best signatures for years, the former man of Bayern Munich has versatility to stop as a central defender, although he can do the right side instead.
Elegant in possession and an industrial silhouette, Mazraoui is the type of player that this team needs – they are a better side with him.
6
CM – Bruno Fernandes
The debate surrounding Bruno Fernandes will continue to rage. Should United must have sanctioned his Saudi switch? Should Amorim restore it in berth number ten? Can he never prosper within the framework of a midfielder?
While the inability of the skipper to follow Phil Foden for the opening of the game presented his gaps in this deep berth, the lack of adequate alternatives guarantees that this experience must be continued.
A man who recorded 38 goals and helps the last mandate while operating largely in this role, Fernandes has the quality to make it work. He just needs an appropriate partner.
7
CM – Main Kobbie
Pep Guardiola grabbed the top of his frustration head while Kobbie MAINEOO was making his way through the city’s midfielder, a second half’s moment that explained why Amorim must find a permanent role for the 20-year-old by his side.
At 33 and in the last year of his contract, Casemiro time in Old Trafford is almost increasing. As for Manuel Ugarte, the Uruguayan warrior is in place for combat, although he does not have the technical prowess to be equal – classifying in particular in the lowest 17% of European fields for progressive leaves by 90, according to Fbref.
Mainoo is not perfect – Amorim stressed that more than most – although in one side that stinks of chaos, he can be the player to bring this very necessary feeling of calm.
8
Slame – Amad
The player who made the most keys in the penalty zone on Sunday? It was not Haaland no, it was Patrick Dorgu with 12.
The young dane was the main outlet for visitors, although despite his regular involvement, the final lack of quality of the 20 -year -old woman was austere. According to Sofascore, he lost the ball on 17 times and managed to finish only one of his five attempts at dribbles.
In truth, the absence of an alternative assured that the arrival of January remains by default, although Murim can be daring and unleashed Amad in his place. Natural natural footing, the Ivorian was tested on the opposite flank, but why not give him a chance on the left instead?
9
Ram – Bryan Mbeumo
Perhaps the only brilliant spark in the first weeks of the season, and in the derby, Bryan Mbeumo was a clever rare signature if recent evidence is something to pass, having marked against Grimsby and Burnley last month.
If he had not been within Donnarumma’s remarkable, this count would have been reinforced on Sunday, Cameroonian could not sort his feet at close range after the draw of Amad.
A mixture of silk, speed and devastating finish, the 26 -year -old is all that United shted. Hopefully it will not be driven by the ship’s shipwreck.
10
LAM – Matheus cunha
This selection, in the short term, would be the fitness permit, although if available, the new man Matheus Cunha is already a shoo-in for the departure XI, even if the contributions of the objectives have been lacking to date.
Another day, the Brazilian could have had a Fulham splint, with a little time, not too long before it was in good shape and pulls again.
This berth on the left on the left side seems to be for the old Wolves Talisman, with the inability of Mason Mount to stay out of the treatment table ensuring that, for all the praise of Amorim, the unfortunate English simply cannot be invoked.
