Melissa Jefferson-Wooden wins the 100m female crown; Sha’Carri Richardson Fifth, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce Sixthly

The world leader in the United States Melissa Jefferson-Wooden won the 100m female title in a 10.61 competition record Tokyo 2025 world athletics championships Sunday (September 14).

Jamaica Tia Clayton Silver in money with a personal record of 10.76 while reigning the Olympic champion Julien Alfred Preserved for bronze with a 10.84 at the National Stadium in Tokyo.

Jefferson-Wooden had the fastest in the world in 2025 of 10.65 that she exceeded tonight.

The previous world champion, Sha’Carri Richardsonhappened fifth in 10.94.

Shelly-Ann Fraser-PryceAppearing in his last major career championship, finished sixth in 11.03.
