Paramount officially renews the “Cultural Mastodon” Yellowjackets for season 4

It’s official – Yellowjackets has been renewed for season 4 on Paramount Plus. The cannibal drama at high concept has just experienced a particularly successful season 3, so renewal is not exactly a shock, but for the cult series of the series, it is a sigh of relief.
Season 3 stopped on one of the biggest cliffhangers in the chronology of the flashbackWith surviving yellow trucks that finally contact the outside world. And in the current chronology, things ended in an even more shocking place with surprise dead and an escalation of the issues that could leave only one jacon in the series.
“Yellowjackets has become a cultural mastodon, with season three that breaks all the previous records-we are delighted to announce its renewal for a four-season season on Paramount Plus,” said the CO-PDG of Paramount Co-PDG and president of the entertainment studios Showtime / MTV Chris McCarthy (via Deadline). “Ashley [Lyle] and Bart [Nickerson] Masterly designed a completely singular and defying phenomenon – a perfect alchemy of psychological horror, the thriller of survival and the drama of passage to adulthood which continues to captivate the public in the world, animated by our casting extraordinarily talented and well loved. “”
Yellowjackets tells the story of a team of New Jersey teenage players who are blocked in the desert after a plane crash while being on the way to play in a national championship. The story of their survival and their return to society took place alongside the current misadventures of the remaining teammates while they are trying to prevent the secrets of their time in the nature that prove to be.
