Matthew Perry’s doctor pleaded guilty to the supply of ketamine

Matthew Perry’s doctor Salvador Plasencia agreed to plead guilty to four Ketamine distribution leaders to the star of “friends”, who died of an overdose in October 2023.
Plasencia recognizes in the advocacy agreement that he has repeatedly provided ketamine without legitimate medical objective in the weeks preceding the death of Perry.
The agreement provides for a prison sentence in the range of 15 to 21 months, although the sentence depends on the judge.
Perry was found dead in his hot tub from his home in the Pacific palisades. He was 54 years old.
Last summer, the federal authorities charged Plasencia and four other persons responsible for his death. In an SMS to another doctor, Plasencia would have written: “I wonder how much this moron will pay … Light.”
Prosecutors also instructed Jasveen Sangha, nicknamed the “Ketamine Queen”, with the possession and distribution of methamphetamine and ketamine in a hiding place in North Hollywood.
Sangha should be tried in August.
Three other accused – Erik Fleming, Kenneth Iwamasa and Mark Chavez – agreed to plead guilty to a single conspiracy leader to provide ketamine.
The authorities allegedly alleged that Plasencia was trying to cover its traces during the investigation, concocting a false “treatment plan” for Perry in order to show that ketamine has been legitimately prescribed.
