Tom Dunn’s tests, Max Ojomoh, Beno Obano, Ben Spencer, in addition to the Boot of Finn Russell, saw Bath to challenge the final victory of the Cup in Lyon; Decision to show Sam Underhill Yellow Card de Bath instead of Red for a tackle raised in the 28th minute proved to be controversial

Bath won a final victory for the 37-12 challenge cup against Lyon at Cardiff on Friday, but only after Flanker Sam Underhill avoided a red card in the first half.

In the second half, a first offside against Lyon saw Russell extend the advance to 20-5 and three scores, but Lyon quickly retaliated by the powerful No. 8 Arno Botha just before Muir’s return to restore Bath with a complete complement.

Berdeu converted to bring Lyon into the eight points, but a period of pressure from the bath in the 22 finally brought his third test through Obano with his compatriot Thomas du Toit hung on, restaurant La Lumière de day on the dashboard at 27-12.
