Marise Wipani, actress of Hercules, died at 61

Marise Wipani died.

THE Hercules Star died on June 6, which marked her 61st anniversary, according to an article on his Facebook page. No cause of death has been given.

The post noted that the actress born in New Zealand was “surrounded by family and friends” at the time of her death and included a message in which she quoted the 1989 film Drive Miss Daisy.

“I mixed this fatal coil,” said the message. “Good paryye, good read, good god !!!”

Wipani featured for the first time as a competitor of the Miss New Zealand competition in 1983, and even if she finally finished as a finalist, she then expressed her relief to have been defeated by Lorraine Downeswho won the Miss Universe competition for this year.

“It would have been my worst nightmare,” she said in an interview in June 2011 with The New Zealand Herald. “I dodged a ball … Seriously, it’s just not my cup of tea.”
