Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford was strongly linked to the club’s distance from the summer transfer window.
He was loaned to Aston Villa during the second half of last season, and he should leave Manchester United permanently this summer. He was linked to clubs like Barcelona, but the former Manchester United star Juan Mata urged the club to keep Rashford.
He thinks that if Manchester United can make the most of the player and make him enjoy his football once again, it would be a win-win situation for all games.

Addressing athletics, he said: “As a fan of Man United and as Marcus’i, I want him to succeed here because he is his club, his childhood club.
“I don’t know what’s going to happen, but if he remains and that he can be happy and enjoy it, I think it will be a win-win situation for the club and him.”
The Spaniard also described Rashford as a fearless player: “The way he played was fearless, you could feel that he could win a match by himself at any time he played his best.”
Can Man United keep it?
It will be interesting to see if Manchester United decides to reverse their position on its future. There is no doubt that he is a quality player. It is versatile enough to operate anywhere on the front. Three and Manchester United are desperately needing someone like him.
He was one of the best attackers in the League, not long ago, and there is no reason why he could not take this form. Manchester United seemed to be swinged in the attack last season, and they need upgrades on their current options. Rashford could be a more useful option compared to Joshua Zirkzee and Rasmus Hojlund.
Ruben Amorim must find a defined role for the player, then convince him to stay at the club. It will be interesting to see how the situation is developing in the coming weeks. His departure will certainly be a hard blow for Manchester United.
