Man Utd struck gold in “incredible” jewel signing more than Mbeumo & Cunha

Manchester United again denounced the money this summer, with the director of the board of directors Ruben Amorim the possibility of modifying the desired changes to his first team team.
Such expenses are not a surprise for the fans base, especially after the previous director Erik Ten Hag was given more than 600 million pounds sterling on the transfer market during his own mandate to Old Trafford.
However, there will be hope that the additions made by the 40 -year -old will have more impact, hope to have a positive impact and subsequently catapulting the side of the Premier League table.
Antony and Rasmus Hojlund are only two players signed by the Dutchman, but both left Old Trafford on the day of the deadline after having dropped the hierarchical order since the arrival of Amorim.
Their departures highlight the manager’s faith in his new additions to help provide the goods in his quest for future success during his stay in England.
United’s Moves To Later Cunha & Mbeumo this summer
After having marked only 44 times in the Premier League in 2024/25, the attention was turned to the first line of United – with 200 million pounds sterling spent for new additions in such a department.
Matheus Cunha joined the Red Devils in an agreement of 62.5 million pounds sterling by Wolverhampton Wanderers, offering an additional threat to the attack department after having marked 15 times last season.
While the Brazilian has not yet marked since his transfer of big money, he has shown glimpses of his talent, creating 1.3 chances per 90 to date – but he can be ready for a touches after having taken an injury to the hamstring against Burnley.
He was joined in such a department by Bryan Mbeumo, after the Cameroonian international also cost 65 million pounds from Brentford – after scoring 20 goals in England in 2024/25 in England.
The 26 -year -old has already opened his account in Old Trafford, by filling Burnley last weekend – helping the team win his first victory for the new campaign.
The United Player is worth more than Mbeuno & Cunha
Despite ten hag failures on the transfer market, he made impressive additions to the United team – including that of the central defender Lisandro Martínez.
The Argentinian joined the Red Devils in a package totaling 57 million pounds sterling in the summer of 2022, continuing 91 appearances for the club in the last three campaigns.
While injuries have massively interrupted his progress in Old Trafford, he still produced many moments of magic, including his superb strike against Liverpool in Anfield last season.
The 27 -year -old man remains away with a knee injury, but could return in November, potentially in partnership with Leny Yoro at the heart of the bottom line.
The Frenchman joined United in a transfer of 52 million sterling pounds from Lille last summer, the adolescent considered as an immediate and long -term option to help strengthen the club’s defensive department.
He has since accumulated 36 appearances in the first team in the last 12 months, starting in the three outings of the Red Devils League during the 2025/26 campaign to date.
Despite his defensive role, the 19 -year -old has already found the net once, marking in the first stage of the Europa League quarter -final against the last Lyon campaign – subsequently helping the Amorim team to reach another European final.
At the start of the new season, Yoro has already won 60% of the plasters in which he entered, while winning 82% of his air battles – offering amorim the dominant presence at the heart of his defense.
Following his performance recently, the young person is now estimated at 69.4 million pounds sterling by Footballtransfers – a figure higher than paid for Mbeumo and Cunha this window.

At just 19 years old, Yoro has bags of time to develop more in United, potentially cement in the club’s first team for at least the next decade and perhaps even beyond.
If it relies on his impressive beginning of life in England, it would be a sensational transfer, the Frenchman having the chance to make a favorite of the fans and to bring the side to their old glory.
