Onana undergoes a premature injury
During his first summer under Ruben Amorim, Onana would have been one of the many players who hoped to put last season behind him and finally convince the new manager that he is good enough to keep his place. Before the former man of Inter Milan even had the opportunity to put his verdict to Amorim, however, the injuries hit the worst time.
During a summer that saw Manchester United linked to movements for Emiliano Martinez and Marco Carnesecchi, Onana could have done with a fortune on his side. In the end, however, his Old Trafford Place is now more at risk than ever.
In more bad news for the goalkeeper, Ineos has not hesitated to spend big until now this summer either, and their next wave of spending could be used to accommodate another shot.
Before that, of course, it seems that Bryan Mbeumo is finally to arrive from Brentford in an agreement worth 70 million pounds sterling. The impressive winger will join Matheus Cunha in order to help transform a front line which was often found missing last season.
It is not only the duo that could be awarded the task of overthrowing things to Old Trafford. The reports now suggest that Manchester United is about to intensify their decision to sign Benjamin Sesko. The RB Leipzig striker seems to be intended for the Premier League for some time and could finally get his pregnancy movement.
The arrival of the Serbian would also end the redesign of attack by United, allowing them to give their attention to the replacement of Onana.

According to Talksport, Ineos and Manchester United should intensify their interest in signing Senne Lammens, which Royal Antwerp estimated at around 17 million pounds Sterling this summer. The shooting, still at just 23 years old, is an ideal candidate to replace Onana and has already spoken of interest of Old Trafford in the past.
