Man united Ruben Amorim’s boss wants his club to sign Christopher Nkunku

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim would have urged the club to continue the Chelsea striker Christopher Nkunku, according to The Sun.

Amorim is a known admirer of Nkunku and thinks that the French international could be a precious addition to the attack options of United.

The versatility of Nkunku allows him to play as an attacker, a second striker or an attacking midfielder, integrating well in the tactical plans of Amorim.

Nkunku would prefer a move to a club in competition in the UEFA Champions League, which could influence its decision.

Man United wants the Chelsea striker this summer

United’s ability to offer football from the Champions League is based on the result of the next UEFA Europa League final against Tottenham.

A victory would ensure its place in the first European club competition, which would make it a more attractive destination for Nkunku.

Nkunku was a coherent artist in Germany, recording an impressive contribution of 125 objectives in 172 appearances for RB Leipzig.

His explosive form represented a major breakthrough after a difficult period in Paris Saint-Germain, where he fought for a constant playing time and failed to settle.

Chelsea brought him to Stamford Bridge in the hope that he would direct their attack on attack.

However, frequent injuries and limited opportunities have blocked its progress. Although there was an overview of his talent, Nkunku only managed 22 contributions to 56 games for the Blues, well below expectations.

In addition to Nkunku, Amorim would be interested in the Sports CP attacker Viktor Gyokerres.

The Swedish international had an impressive season, scoring 53 goals and providing 13 assists in 51 appearances. Amorim, who has previously succeeded in Sporting Gyoker, sees him as a reliable scorer who could strengthen the attacking fire power of United.

The UNI director saw his two attackers; Rasmus Holund and Joshua Zirkzee had a hard time at the club this season.

The club would have put these two attackers on sale while Murim is preparing to reshape his attack this summer.
